I saw elsewhere in the forums here that the default Markers are all vector. Unfortunately this does not seem to apply to custom Markers added via Resource Manager... please allow SVGs for custom Markers (or at least much higher resolution for Marker images so they scale better)

Version: XMind 8 Update 2 (R3.7.2.201705011955) on latest MAC OS Almost unusable
Hello - I'm finding this latest version almost unusable due to the fact the drag/drop of nodes isn't reliable. Even if drag an item and then hover over the destination, xmind refuses to highlight/recognize the destination. I can cut/past to the destination,but if I then need to move the node within the same level, that too is frustrating. XMind is (was) a great product but has really regressed over what was obviously a huge rewrite. There are lots of questions about the new and "nice to have features" (cloud, export, projects), but the inability to easily construct and edit maps is pretty frustrating.

Any update on synching sheets of topics?
Issue: If create New Sheet From Topic, changes on new sheet are not shown on main/parent sheet.
Just wondering if there are plans to incorporate this feature?
Would be quite a nice feature to just right click on a sheet and select an 'Update from sub-sheets' in order to incorporate new child nodes (or delete or change text, etc.)

XMind Cloud files lost without explanation!!!!
I was using XMind Cloud on my Iphone this morning and, all of sudden, all my mindmaps that were in the cloud were gone! Deleted without any explanation!! I've just opened XMind on my Mac, right now, to certificate that the files were already accessible from the computer (thinking it could be some iphone's app local bug); but unfortunately, my Cloud was completely empty!! Need help to recover the files ASAP!!

hiding a topic
Hi,
is there an option in Xmind of hiding a topic?
I need to present quickly a map ,but there is one topic that should not be shown.
I know that I can create a presentation using drag&drop and drag all topics except the "secret" one. but this is effective while using a small map.

Fail to start Xmind 8 (update 2) on Windows 10
I previously installed Xmind 7 and worked well on that version. When the new Xmind 8 was published, I followed the upgrade, however, I met a big problem to start the new installation.
I have tried to uninstall Xmind 8, clear the folder under C:/.../AppData/Xmind/ and remove the register entries and reinstall and reinstall and nothing happen.
And now there is no splash, no info, no log and nothing, I don't know what I can do now to make it startup correctly.
Please help and give some clues to resolve the startup issue.

Is it possible to create a marker only view, this would be a view of the branches that have markers associated with them. It is essentially a marker report.

I'm very much bothered with the Gant of my xmind pro 8.
1. Is there any way to set workdays for a project? I really really need the project schedule to cover weekend.

Sync with XMind Cloud not workiing
I have licenced XMind Pro 8 Update 2.
First I started with a Map on the PC with XMind Pro. Worked find. Then I modified this map with the iOS App on the iPad. Worked. Then I recognized that it is also possible to work on this map in a browser via the XMind Cloud. Worked also. But back on the PC in Xmind Pro I was not able to access the map again. When trying to open it, I get the message: "This file does not exist. It may have been deleted or moved to another location."
When looking at the time stamp I see that it is outdated. But klicking the Sync button does not solve the problem.
On the other side, the map exists and can be edited both in the browser and in the iOS App.
Any idea ?

Taskinfo under linux somitmes disappears

somtimes the task info area becomes unvisible under linux. Only restart hepls.
